Warranty policy
- Greenery items are covered by a 1-month warranty after installation, provided customers follow Đẹp Housing's care instructions.
- Đẹp Housing will replace plants that are damaged beyond recovery. If plants show signs of pests or disease, we will provide corrective care and monitor for 7 days before deciding on replacement, since newly planted greenery typically needs the first month to stabilize.
- All other project items follow the terms agreed in the contract.
